This is a 10-hour private luxury tour of the Douro Valley in a Mercedes-Benz V300 Maybach, with a maximum capacity of 6 passengers. 1. Price and included services The quoted price includes VAT at the applicable legal rate, private transportation with a professional chauffeur, fuel, tolls, parking required for the itinerary, bottled water on board, pickup and return to your hotel in central Porto or Vila Nova de Gaia, two wine estate visits with tastings, a premium regional lunch and an approximately one-hour private panoramic cruise on the Douro River. Personal expenses, wine purchases, additional items not included in the program, optional tips and activities not expressly booked are not included. 2. Duration and additional services The total service duration is 600 minutes, starting from the agreed pickup time. Delays caused by passengers do not automatically extend the booked duration. Additional hours, significant changes to the itinerary or travel outside the stated area are subject to availability and may incur extra charges, which will be communicated to and approved by the customer in advance. 3. Reservations and availability Wine estates, restaurants and cruise operators are subject to availability and prior confirmation. They may be replaced with alternatives of equivalent category and features, subject to informing the customer and obtaining their approval, without reducing the services booked. If an included activity cannot be provided, a suitable alternative or an appropriate price adjustment will be offered in accordance with the booking conditions and applicable law. 4. Pickup and punctuality Pickup and return are included for hotels and accommodations located in central Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia, provided the vehicle is permitted access. Pickups in locations outside the service area may incur surcharges agreed in advance. 5. Weather and operational conditions The itinerary may be changed for safety reasons, due to weather conditions, traffic restrictions or operational circumstances beyond the operator’s control. The cruise is subject to navigational conditions and the safety decisions of the cruise operator. 6. Children and special requirements Please notify us in advance of any need for child seats, dietary restrictions or accessibility accommodations so we can confirm whether they can be provided. Alcoholic beverage tastings are exclusively for participants of legal drinking age. 7.
