Pickup can be arranged at hotels, accommodations, pre-confirmed addresses, or Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO). The destination can be a hotel, accommodation, address in the city of Lisbon, or Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS). The service is exclusive to the client and their companions, with a maximum capacity of 6 passengers. 2. Services included The price includes private use of the vehicle, a professional chauffeur, fuel, tolls along the booked route, luggage assistance, and complimentary mineral water. VAT is included at the applicable rate. 3. Schedule and waiting times The estimated journey time is approximately 3 hours 15 minutes to 3 hours 45 minutes and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, roadworks, or other external factors. 15 minutes of waiting time at the pickup location (hotels or addresses provided in the city) are included. For airport pickups, 60 minutes of waiting time are included. Flight tracking also allows the service to be adjusted if the arrival time changes, subject to operational confirmation. Additional waiting time may incur fees, which will be communicated to and accepted by the client in advance. 4. Passengers and luggage The maximum capacity is 6 passengers, subject to the legally available seats. Luggage must be compatible with the vehicle’s capacity. Oversized or special luggage must be disclosed in advance. Child seats and other specific equipment must be requested before the service is confirmed and are subject to availability. 5. Route changes The booked price covers a direct journey between the confirmed pickup and destination. Sightseeing stops, detours, destination changes, additional services, or extended waiting periods are not included unless agreed in advance. Cancellations and booking changes Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time, with a full refund.
