This private five-day tour invites you to discover a less familiar side of Portugal, far from the usual itineraries, through the flavors, traditions and heritage that connect Lisbon, Ribatejo and the Oeste region. Over five distinct days, each devoted to its own theme, you’ll explore olive oil, salt and wine landscapes, renowned tile art, striking coastal towns, the Ribatejo countryside and the legacy of the Templars, always accompanied by a private driver-guide. On the first day, discover the world of olive oil at LOA The Olive World, the Rio Maior Salt Pans and Quinta do Gradil, amid landscapes of salt and vineyards. On the second day, the focus is on Portuguese tile art, with visits to the National Tile Museum in Lisbon and Bacalhôa Palace in Setúbal. The third day is devoted to the coast and the historic towns of the Oeste, with stops in Óbidos, Nazaré, Baleal and Supertubos, known for its giant waves. On the fourth day, explore Ribatejo through Santarém, Alpiarça and Golegã, places deeply connected to rural and equestrian traditions. The fifth and final day follows the Templar route, with visits to Constância, Tomar and the Convent of Christ.
