Voylar Creators programme terms
Last updated 3 October 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the Voylar Creators programme (the "Programme"), run by Voylar Tour, for travel content creators. They supplement the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy; in case of conflict about the Programme, these terms prevail. Joining is free.
2. Who can join
- People aged 18 or over, with an account on the platform, who publish content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, a blog or other).
- There is no minimum number of followers to join; each Business may ask for a minimum on its offers.
- Profile details must be true, including the number of followers. Each person may have only one creator account.
- The account is active as soon as sign-up is complete; Voylar Tour may suspend it under section 12.
3. The creator link and when a sale counts
- Each creator has their own link (
voylartour.com/…/c/code) and can add?cr=codeto any page of the platform. - When someone opens the link, that person's browser remembers the creator for 30 days. A booking made and paid online within that period, in that browser, counts.
- The last link followed wins: if the person later opens another creator's or a Partner's link, that one counts.
- These do not count: the creator's own bookings, bookings made by Partners, payments outside the platform and products bought on third-party sites. Blockers, private browsing or clearing browser data may prevent tracking; in those cases the sale is not attributed.
4. Commission
- The commission is the percentage agreed between the Business and the creator (for example, when accepting a collaboration) or, without an agreement, the percentage the Business set for creators — 10% by default.
- It is calculated on the amount the customer paid for that booking.
- The commission is paid by the Business, not by Voylar Tour: it is recorded on the Business's current account and passed on to the creator by Voylar Tour after the Business settles it.
- The Business may change the percentage or switch the programme off; the change applies to bookings paid from then on.
- If the booking is cancelled or expires before the commission is settled, the commission is cancelled.
5. Commission payouts
- Voylar Tour pays by bank transfer to the IBAN in the profile, after the Business settles the commission. Without an IBAN, payouts stay pending.
- The creator is responsible for correct bank details and for their own tax obligations, including issuing any document required by the law of their country. Voylar Tour may ask for identification and tax details before paying.
- The dashboard shows each commission as "waiting for the business", "settled by the business" or "paid".
6. Collaborations with Businesses
- Businesses may publish collaboration offers: a free experience, a fee, or both, in exchange for the content described in the offer (for example, "1 reel and 3 stories with the link").
- The creator applies; the Business accepts or declines freely, within the offer's slots.
- The collaboration agreement is between the Business and the creator. Voylar Tour provides the tool to publish, apply, agree a date and deliver, but is not a party to that agreement and does not guarantee the experience or the payment.
- Fees on paid offers are paid by the Business to the creator, on the terms they agree; the platform does not process that payment.
- The creator undertakes to attend on the agreed date, publish the agreed content and send the links in the dashboard. If they cannot, they must tell the Business in advance. Repeated no-shows may lead to suspension.
7. Transparency and good practice
- Sponsored, gifted or affiliate content must be labelled as advertising (for example "#ad" or the network's paid-partnership label), as required by applicable law and each network's rules.
- Content must be truthful and must not mislead about services, prices or conditions.
- It is forbidden to buy followers or engagement, generate artificial clicks or bookings, send spam, use the link on one's own bookings, or run paid ads using the Voylar Tour name or brand without written permission.
8. Rights to the content
The creator keeps the rights to their content. Within a collaboration, they grant the Business and Voylar Tour a non-exclusive, free licence to share and republish that content on their pages and networks, crediting the author, unless the parties agree otherwise. The creator warrants that they hold the necessary rights to music, images and people appearing in the content.
9. Use of the brand
The creator may use the Voylar Tour name and logo only to promote the platform, without altering them and without implying that they are an employee or representative of Voylar Tour.
10. Personal data
When the creator applies to an offer, the Business sees the public profile: name, handle, network, followers, niche, city, bio and links. The phone number and IBAN are seen only by Voylar Tour. Data is processed under the Privacy Policy.
11. Direct engagement by Voylar Tour
If Voylar Tour engages a creator directly to promote the platform, the terms of that written agreement apply and prevail over these terms on the matters they cover.
12. Suspension and leaving
- Voylar Tour may suspend or end participation for breach of these terms or the Terms of Use. Commissions on legitimate sales already settled by Businesses are paid; in case of fraud, they may be withheld or cancelled.
- The creator may leave the Programme at any time by asking at [email protected].
13. Nature of the relationship
Creators, Businesses and Voylar Tour are independent. Taking part creates no employment, partnership, agency or exclusivity.
14. Changes
We may change these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date. Important changes are announced in the dashboard before they take effect and do not affect commissions already recorded.
15. Applicable law and contact
The complaints, dispute resolution and applicable law rules of the Terms of Use apply. Questions about the Programme: [email protected].
