Rules
- You earn 1% of the amount paid on every booking made and paid online on the platform with your account.
- A €3 welcome bonus, once per customer, with the first paid booking of €15 or more.
- Credits become available 2 days after the service date and expire 12 months later.
- They can be used on bookings from €15. On each booking they cover a limited part of the amount, shown at checkout; the rest stays saved.
- They can’t be combined with discount coupons: on each booking you use one or the other.
- They can’t be exchanged for cash, can’t be transferred and have no value outside the platform.
- If a booking is cancelled or refunded, the credits it earned are cancelled and the credits used on it go back to your account.
- Bookings made by partners (hotels, agencies) on the customer’s behalf don’t earn credits.
- Voylar may change these rules with prior notice; credits already earned stay until they expire.
