Set off from Lisbon for a private 12- to 14-hour experience in the Alentejo, combining heritage, craft traditions and wide-open landscapes. With hotel or accommodation pickup, explore Évora and Monsaraz at your group’s own pace. The route may begin at the Almendres Cromlech, subject to access conditions. In Évora, stroll through the historic centre and see the Roman Temple and Praça do Giraldo. The Cathedral and Chapel of Bones may be included with a ticket, payable separately. The region’s wine tradition can be experienced with an optional visit to Cartuxa at Quinta de Valbom, subject to reservation and an additional fee. In São Pedro do Corval, discover the area’s pottery heritage before continuing to Monsaraz. In the walled village, wander the old streets and visit the castle and ramparts while enjoying views across the Alqueva region. The time available is allocated according to your group’s priorities, opening hours and advance reservations. Return to Lisbon at the end of the day, with a possible stop in Vendas Novas depending on how the journey unfolds. Paid admissions, tastings, meals and personal expenses are not included. The order of visits may be adjusted to suit the day’s conditions.
