The essential, practical itinerary for those who want to discover the heart of Sesimbra in a short time. We climb up to the medieval castle to explore the local history and geography, then head down to the town to stroll through the historic centre, along the seafront and past Santiago Fort. We finish at the cliffs of Cape Espichel, taking in the ocean views and lighthouse. This is a private experience, with pickup and drop-off in the Lisbon area and a driver-guide who speaks Portuguese or English. The tour lasts approximately 9 hours and can be tailored to your group’s pace and priorities, opening hours and traffic conditions. Optional indoor visits, wine tastings, meals and boat trips are subject to availability and charged separately. Let us know in advance which visits you’d like to include so we can arrange any necessary tickets and reservations. Pickup is from your hotel, accommodation or a pre-agreed location in Lisbon; please be ready 15 minutes before the start time. On the return journey, you can be dropped off at a different location in the Lisbon area by arrangement with the driver.
