Leave Lisbon behind for a day and discover the flavors, beaches, and landscapes of the south bank on a private 9-hour experience. From the winemaking traditions of Azeitão to the beauty of the Arrábida Mountains and the charm of Sesimbra, enjoy a leisurely tour at your own pace, with time to appreciate each place. The journey begins with a drive across the 25 de Abril Bridge, without stopping, as Lisbon and the Tagus provide the backdrop for the start of your discovery. The first destination is Azeitão, where local traditions and flavors invite you to slow down. Here, you can opt for a visit to Bacalhôa and a wine tasting, subject to availability, to learn more about the region’s winemaking traditions and Setúbal Moscatel. The route continues through the Arrábida Mountains, amid green hillsides, cliffs, and turquoise waters. Enjoy the stops to take in the scenery and capture photos of this meeting of mountains and sea. Next is São Filipe Fort, where you can enjoy views over Setúbal, the Sado Estuary, and the Tróia Peninsula. In Sesimbra, discover the atmosphere of a fishing village and enjoy some time strolling by the sea. Then visit Ribeiro do Cavalo Beach, framed by cliffs and clear waters. If you’d like to add another perspective on the coast, you can arrange an optional boat trip in advance, subject to availability and sea conditions. The tour continues to Palmela Castle for a moment of history and a chance to take in the scenery. Further on, Cape Espichel reveals an Atlantic landscape of cliffs and open horizons—an ideal place to stop, breathe in the ocean air, and enjoy nature. The final stop is Christ the King in Almada. End the tour with views over Lisbon, the Tagus, and the 25 de Abril Bridge, seeing from a new perspective the bridge that marked the beginning of your journey. Enjoy the privacy of a tour dedicated exclusively to your group throughout the day. The pace and stops can be adjusted in agreement with the client, within the scheduled duration, for a comfortable and personalized experience.
